What shipping options do you offer within the Czech Republic and Slovakia?
We deliver shipments via GLS courier, to GLS ParcelShops, or through Zásilkovna throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Detailed information and the current shipping rates can be found here. Personal pickup of orders is also possible by prior arrangement at our showroom in Prague. Please contact us by phone or email before your visit.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Payment by card or cash on delivery ensures the fastest processing.
How much does order shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the chosen carrier, payment method, and the destination country. An overview of all options can be found in the Shipping & Payment section.
Do you deliver cosmetics abroad?
Currently, we deliver only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Why is the order number different from the one provided by the carrier?
There’s no need to worry—each order is assigned multiple numbers. One of them is our internal number (usually starting with the current year). The carrier has its own number under which your shipment will be delivered. You also have a tracking number, which allows you to check the status and movement of your order on the carrier’s website.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, in cash when picking up in person, or via GoPay. More information can be found in the Payments section.
What should I do if my payment is unsuccessful?
If the payment fails, you will receive an email by the next day at the latest with the option to pay online or via bank transfer. If you wish to change the payment to cash on delivery, please contact us by email or by phone.
Is payment by card safe?
Yes, we use a secure GoPay payment gateway. All data is encrypted with an SSL certificate and is not stored on our servers.
When could my order be delayed?
Orders may occasionally be delayed during extreme temperatures, when, for safety reasons, shipments are not sent on Fridays to prevent damage over the weekend. A short delay of 1–2 days can also occur during sales events or due to unexpected staff absence. However, in 98% of cases, we ship orders within 24 hours on business days after payment.
When will I receive a refund for returned goods?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. The amount will be sent using the same method used for payment.
How do I proceed with a product complaint?
First, contact us via the online complaint form. Then, send the product you wish to complain about back to our address: Salon Professional, Pod Bání 8, 180 00 Prague 8.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
Complaints are processed within 30 days of receipt. We will inform you of the outcome by email.
Can I file a complaint for cosmetics that have already been used?
Yes, if the product has a defect or does not match the description, it can be returned even after partial use. Details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Is there a minimum order value?
No, the minimum order amount is not set. You can also order individual products.
Are all products authentic?
Yes, we are official distributors of all the brands we offer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We guarantee 100% authenticity of the products.
Is it possible to view the products in person?
Yes, if you want to see some of our accessories or tools in person, you can visit our showroom in Prague. Please let us know in advance what you would like to see—we will prepare the products for you and can create your order on the spot.
What benefits do I get from registering with you?
Registering on our e-shop offers a range of benefits. In addition to having a complete overview of your orders and the ability to create a list of favorite products, you will be the first to know about special offers, new products, and discounts. Registration also allows you to access a loyalty discount.
